Full-Body Compression Therapy Pressotherapy is a method that uses controlled, sequential pressure through specialized air chambers that rhythmically inflate and deflate around the body. The pressure is applied sequentially, supporting venous return and lymphatic circulation. It may help reduce feelings of heaviness and swelling in the limbs and is also used to support muscular recovery after exercise. At DOMUS, we offer full-body pressotherapy as part of our integrated approach to recovery, wellbeing and longevity.

Regular exposure to sauna heat triggers a range of physiological adaptations, increasing body temperature, blood flow and heart rate. Regular use may support cardiovascular function, circulation, relaxation and post-exercise recovery, while intense sweating is a natural mechanism of thermoregulation.Of particular interest are long-term studies in which more frequent sauna use has been associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular and all-cause mortality, highlighting heat exposure as an interesting practice within the context of health and longevity.

The Ice Bath uses controlled exposure of the body to cold, usually at a temperature of 6–15°C, as a tool for recovery and physiological adaptation. It may help reduce muscle soreness and feelings of fatigue and support recovery after intense exercise, demanding training sessions or competition. The duration and timing of exposure are adapted to the type of training and each individual’s goal, as cold exposure immediately after strength training is not always the appropriate choice when muscle growth is the priority. At DOMUS, the Ice Bath can be used on its own or combined with the Sauna as Contrast Therapy, as part of our integrated approach to recovery, wellbeing and longevity.

Medical-Grade · Full-Body PanelRed Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, which penetrate tissue and interact with cells, supporting the body’s natural processes of energy production and recovery. The method, known as photobiomodulation, is being studied for its potential to support muscle recovery, skin health, management of inflammatory responses and cellular function. At DOMUS, we use a medical-grade II full-body panel, integrating Red Light Therapy into our overall approach to recovery, wellbeing and longevity.

At DOMUS, rehabilitation is based on individualized therapeutic exercise and progressive return to movement and training. The process begins with an assessment of the individual, functional capacity and movement and, where required, is preceded or complemented by a clinical examination by the appropriate healthcare professional.Based on the findings and each person’s needs, an individualized exercise program is designed to reduce pain, improve movement and functional impairments, restore strength, mobility and functional capacity, and support a gradual return to daily life, exercise or sporting activity.
