Eri Vavouraki
Movement has been part of my life since I was four years old, first through competitive swimming and later through a career spanning more than two decades in the field of exercise.
I am a graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where I remained for two years as a research associate, conducting research in exercise and athletic performance. I continued with postgraduate studies in Nutrition & Exercise at Harokopio University and later at the Faculty of Medicine in Larissa, focusing on Exercise, Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing and Rehabilitation, where my research concentrated on exercise, the Mediterranean Diet and quality of life in women after breast cancer.

My desire to approach each person holistically also led me to ongoing education in Pilates, rehabilitation, exercise during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as three years of study in Etheric & Spiritual Arts and meditation. My deep connection with nature also led me to mountaineering, diving and training as a Mountain Leader.
DOMUS Longevity Club is the natural evolution of this journey. A space we created with Spyros and a team of people we trust, united by a shared vision: to approach each person multidimensionally and help them build strength, health, functionality and quality of life for the years ahead.
